Zikar (زكَر)

1) Tasbeeh (Subhan ALLAH)

3) Taheel (Laa ilaaha ill-ALLAH)

4) Takbeer (ALLAH akbar)

3 Steps

1) Fana فَنَا (自我消滅，一切交與安拉)

2) Baqa بَقَا (復生、新生)

3) Liqa لِقَا (與安拉合一、安寧的心寧)

When facing hardship...

1) Sabr (صْبِرْ )

2) Shukr (شكر)

3) Rida (رضا/رضى )

4) Tawwakul (تَوَكُل)

Jihad-ul-nafs:
